Isabella Olsén – Experienced leader & coach with specialist training

My name is Isabella Olsén and after many years of working as a leader and a leadership coach, I chose to start my own company. I chose to do so for many reasons, one of them being that I want to contribute broader, beyond leadership.

For almost 10 years now, I have been living with a chronic illness that has significantly affected my life. When I first became ill, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find the right help and support. Today, this is one of the reasons I’m especially passionate about supporting people who are in complex or challenging situations, or who don’t fit into society’s often narrow norms. Far too many people struggle and are unable to find the support they need.
What makes me different from many other coaches is primarily two things; I have hands-on leadership experience from senior leadership roles and I have deep knowledge of human functioning. I understand both the daily demands of leadership and the struggles we humans can face, no matter who we are and what we work with.

I’m passionate about helping people find coaching that actually fits their needs, no matter who they are or how complex or challenging their situation may be. Besides leadership I focus on areas such as neurodiversity, giftedness, autism, ADHD, chronic illness, stress & burnout etc.

My values

Knowledge

My love for learning is a core part of who I am and I’m committed to staying at the cutting edge of knowledge. This means I’m always on the lookout for new insights and further education. It doesn’t mean I have all the answers, but it does mean that when you work with me, you’re working with someone who is highly driven and passionate about what she does.

I believe in solving the right problems and solving them the right way for you. Without the right perspective, it’s easy to get off track.

A key reason I work with coaching is because I see so many people struggling with stress or lacking the support they need to reach their full potential. They’re given advice that doesn’t fit their needs or are overloaded with information without guidance on how to apply it in a meaningful way. Drawing on a solid base of modern knowledge, on everything from leadership to diversity and inclusion, I offer a space for growth. Achieving sustainable results requires both knowledge and continuous learning.

Authenticity

I always strive to meet you where you are, as you are. We’ll start from your goals and work together to develop strategies and solutions that fit you.

We are all different. We function in more or less different ways and we have different values, life situations and experiences. I aim to give my clients a space where they feel seen as they are and can work toward their goals in a way that aligns with their individual needs. This can mean anything from supporting a chronically ill person in a challenging situation to working with a person who just landed their dream role.

I often work with driven, intelligent people who want a coach who can keep up with their pace and quickly grasp complex reasoning. Just as often, I work with people who are autistic and/or have ADHD and who want a coach who understands them and adapts to their way of thinking and working.

But these are just examples. We all have different strengths and situations and I want you to work with a coach who is the right fit for you. If that's not me, keep looking until you find the right match.

Kindness

I often work with people in challenging situations and always strive to treat my clients with warmth and respect.

Working on yourself isn’t always easy. Solving complex problems or tackling big challenges takes both courage and resillience.

For me, it’s essential that the people I work with feel safe to show up as they are and share their reality and what they want to achieve. That doesn’t mean I won’t challenge you, but I believe that when we create a safe space for open exploration, we build a foundation for learning and growth.
