Team coaching

Effective leadership teams are the foundation of thriving organizations

Are you where you want to be as a leadership team?

Understanding where you want to go is one thing and getting there as a team is something else. To succeed, your leadership team must find a way to work together that capitalizes on everyone’s strengths and expertise, while making decisions and setting shared goals that move the organization in the right direction. This isn't always easy, especially in a world of constant change where building an inclusive culture is essential to attracting the best people.

What do you want to develop?

Often, the challenge isn’t the level of ambition. The goals are ambitious, the motivation is there and it usually comes down to prioritization and execution. Leadership teams seek coaching for reasons such as:

  • Struggling to get the organization on board with a change.
  • Recognizing the need for strong leadership and wanting to take the team to the next level.
  • Getting stuck in internal conflicts.
  • Trying to manage too many priorities at once.
  • Dealing with high stress, both within the team and across the organization.
  • Struggling to make clear decisions and lead effectively.
  • Aspiring to create a more inclusive organization.
  • Being a new team and wanting a strong start.
These are just a few examples. We always begin by identifying what’s most important to you and what you want to achieve through coaching. If you’re wondering whether coaching is right for your team, feel free to reach out.

I have taken great support from Isabella Olsén in developing and reorganizing my leadership team and also my own leadership. We needed to increase structure and efficiency in the team, and to strengthen our leadership of the tech function for higher trust and engagement.

Isabella has coached us during four gatherings and sparred with me between these. She quickly established trust in the team, and through her gentle form and high precision coaching has been an excellent support for us and a sparring partner for me in this work.

During the period we have split the team in two, established new ways of working and improved our dynamics and output. Engagement is up both in the team and in the entire tech organization.

I can recommend Isabella as a coach for both CTOs and CTO-teams. Her relevant background as CTO and competence as coach makes her an asset for developing and growing any CTO-team.
